Will my books be signed?

Some exclusive signed editions are available for purchase and clearly marked in the store.

How do I get my Ebooks & Audiobooks?

When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook & Audiobook products.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your preferred device.

Shipping

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for all products.

Which carriers do you use?

We use the best shipping option available for your location, including Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product type (especially for print-on-demand books). Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you will love them just as much as we do! Please double-check your order before purchasing.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If the product was shipped directly from us, we’ll happily replace the damaged item. If it came from a third-party vendor, their return policy will apply.

Who do I contact about a damaged or incorrect order?
